Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses, or customs delays.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
